Clinical Administrator Job

As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of highly skilled ADHD practitioners, ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services for both adults and children referred for ADHD assessment and treatment. Referrals may come through universities, health insurers, or the NHS. In this role, you will report to the Operations Team Lead – Medication.

Key Responsibilities

Team Administration

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of ADHD practitioners.

• Liaise with GPs, assist with shared care agreements and help manage GP summaries and clinic letters in collaboration with the Operations team.

• Handle client telephone and email queries related to non-clinical prescribing issues.

• Record and update information related to assessments, prescriptions, and process tracking in a timely and accurate manner.

• Proofread, format, and ensure timely completion of reports, letters, and reviews, ensuring all documents are professionally presented.

Skills & Experience Required

• Extensive administrative experience.

• Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn and explain new processes.

• Strong diary management skills.

• Awareness of mental health conditions, particularly ADHD.

• Experience handling and managing confidential medical records.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
