As a faculty member at BUV, you will not only teach but also shape the educational journey of students who are eager to become professionals in fields such as marketing, public relations, digital media, creative strategy, and advertising. Position Requirements

We are looking for passionate educators and professionals who have a proven ability to inspire and motivate students. Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to innovative teaching and research, as well as strong industry experience that will help students bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application.

Essential Criteria:

• Academic Qualifications: PhD or Doctoral qualifications (preferred), or a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience at the university or postgraduate level, with a track record of delivering courses in English.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Specialist knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, Public Relations, Communications Design, Creative Direction, Copywriting, Digital Media, Multimedia Production, or Entrepreneurship within the communication or creative industries.

• Teaching Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, effective lessons, with a focus on student success and practical application of concepts.

• Research and Publications: Evidence of research activity, such as publications in reputable academic journals, or practical research outputs that have had a positive impact on the industry.

• Cultural Sensitivity: An understanding of working in diverse, multicultural environments, with the ability to foster inclusive learning spaces.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage students and colleagues at all levels.
