Assistant, Content Producer

In this role, you will:

• Concepts and campaigns: Supporting the ideation process to create innovative concepts to deliver against content, campaign and business objectives, or briefs from key stakeholders

• Content planning: Consolidating and organizing content calendars and schedules to deliver a consistent flow of content that meets deadlines

• Content editing: Reviewing, editing, and approving content to ensure brand guidelines are met, accuracy and consistency of all text, imagery, and video

• Content delivery: Supporting to delivery of efficient workflows and processes to improve content production

• Studio support: Support with the organization of the in-house and external studio calendar including photography, podcast, video, and more

• Third-party liaison: Liaising with third-party vendors, including freelancers, agencies, production studios, and more to deliver content production requirements

• Collaboration: Partnering and collaborating with colleagues and other functions across sales, marketing, product, events, and more, to deliver an effective content calendar and output as per business objectives and briefs

• Project support: Support and coordinate content projects, including timelines, internal designers and external agencies where required, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and campaigns

• Brand and legal compliance: Ensuring all regionally created content adheres to our brand and legal guidelines

• Content Performance: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including Distributor feedback, engagement, reach, clicks, shares, etc, and adjust content plans accordingly

Assistant, Content Producer

Our requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Media Production, Digital media, Communications, or a related field (beneficial)

• Certification in Adobe, Content marketing, Digital storytelling, or related fields

• Experience in Content Production

• Worked with in-house and external studios and agencies as part of a content production role

• Experience of a business operating in multiple markets with nuances around culture, language, etc

• Experience working with Distributors, Franchisees, or Self-employed business owners

• Experience in a European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, and Nutrition sector

• Fast-paced and proactive

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Adaptable and receptive to feedback

• Resilient
