Service Excellence is a centralized, multifunctional service located in Housekeeping Accommodation. Your involvement in this Division is crucial for various important operational tasks and activities, as it directly influences the ongoing delivery of a top-notch guest experience.


HOUSEKEEPER / CLEANER– SERVICE EXCELLENCE | £11.60 Per Hour


This position requires performing cleaning responsibilities in our housing units, which may involve tasks such as changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping outdoor areas. You will also work with our guests to ensure quick service recovery for a memorable stay, as well as prepare and maintain zone bases after changeover days.

HOURS OF WORK

We have the following contracts available:

  • 120 hours per 4-week period - Shifts will fall between 10am and 10pm.


  • 84 hours per 4-week period - Shifts will fall between 3pm and 10pm.

Since our Village is operational every day of the year, your schedule may involve working on weekends, public holidays, and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rotating basis.

ABOUT YOU

No prior cleaning experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be given, and you will have the support of a team.
