Position: Building Safety Coordinator
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional office attendance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Salary: £20,000- £25,000
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Your Role as a Building Safety Coordinator

In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the Building Safety team, taking ownership of key tasks within the project. A significant part of your responsibilities will include assisting with the development of new processes, obtaining client instructions, tracking and monitoring information, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act.




What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Administrative Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in various office applications and internal systems.

  • Willingness to Learn: A desire to understand property management, health and safety requirements, and legislation.

  • Compliance Management: Experience in managing compliance trackers and updating software platforms.

  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: Clear and concise communication, ensuring that all information shared is accurate and appropriate.
