Location: No.1 Ebury Square
Work Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

As a Doorperson, you will be an essential part of the day-to-day operations at No.1 Ebury Square. You will work closely with your team to ensure that residents receive the highest standard of service and care. Your role is not just about providing assistance; it’s about making every resident and guest feel at home.

As the Doorperson at No.1 Ebury Square, you will be the face of the building – a luxurious residential development that houses just 71 exclusive apartments in one of London’s most prestigious areas. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring the smooth running of the building’s daily operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the residents, creating a warm and inviting environment. You will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, ranging from assisting with valet parking to managing deliveries and ensuring the building’s security.

  • Greeting Residents and Guests: As the first point of contact for all who enter No.1 Ebury Square, you will set the tone for the exceptional experience that our residents and visitors expect. Providing a warm, friendly greeting and professional assistance, you will ensure that everyone feels welcomed.

  • Valet Parking Services: You will be responsible for valet parking services, ensuring the safe handling of vehicles and providing a smooth and efficient service to residents and their guests. A clean driver’s license for at least two years is required for this aspect of the role.

  • Building Security: Maintaining the security of the building is a key priority. You will be expected to monitor access points, manage deliveries, and ensure that the premises are secure at all times.

  • Assisting with Resident Requests: From helping with luggage to arranging transport or providing local recommendations, you will be on hand to assist residents with their needs, contributing to their overall satisfaction.

  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with your colleagues to support the seamless operation of No.1 Ebury Square, sharing information and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

  • Ensuring Cleanliness and Orderliness: In addition to providing direct support to residents, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the entrance area is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualities:

  • Experience in Luxury or High-End Settings: Previous experience working in luxury developments, five-star hotels, or high-end residential properties is highly desirable. A background in providing high-level customer service will set you up for success in this role.

  • Team Player Attitude: You must be able to work collaboratively with your colleagues, offering assistance wherever needed and contributing to the overall success of the team.

  • Positive and Proactive Mindset: The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet residents’ needs.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As you will be interacting with residents, guests, and team members daily, excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Clean Driving Record: For insurance purposes, candidates must be over 30 years of age and possess a clean driver’s license for at least two years, as valet parking services are part of the role.
