Assistant Professor in Data-Driven Business

The Faculty encompasses undergraduate, master's, and continuing education programs, as well as an applied research unit—the Center for the Global Common Good—and the School of Government and Leadership “Isabel la Católica”, which trains future leaders in politics, business, and civil society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality research in programming, data analysis, and decision-making.

  • Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate courses using innovative, experiential learning methods.

  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary projects and groups.

  • Participate in initiatives that promote the Faculty’s internationalization.

  • Mentor students, supporting their academic and personal development.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the Faculty's curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field with a focus on data in Business Administration and Management.

  • Proven track record of high-quality research with publications in indexed journals.

  • Experience securing funding for competitive research projects.

  • Exceptional teaching skills, particularly in innovative and experiential learning.

  • Teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

  • High proficiency in English (C2 level or equivalent), demonstrated through publications and teaching in English-speaking institutions.

  • An international profile with experience in global academic environments.

  • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary groups.

  • Commitment to the vision and mission of Francisco de Vitoria University.

  • Experience in organizing and promoting academic events.

  • Familiarity with educational innovation projects and international research collaborations.
