Position: Document Production Specialist
Salary: £23,400 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Remote
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 3 PM – 11 PM (including two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute break)

Role Overview
As a Document Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality word processing and document production services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transcribe and produce a variety of digital documents, including notes, letters, emails, court hearings, and Zoom meetings.

  • Create and amend agreements, correspondence, reports, and other documents by in-house style and established production procedures.

  • Develop and modify PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts, mail merges, and Excel spreadsheets.



Personal Attributes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous experience in a document administration role or similar.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
