Job Description

Ideal candidate: An outstanding scholar and educator with a distinguished research and teaching record in Finance. The person appointed should be able to:

Demonstrate evidence of a strong publication record in top-tier international peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Political Economy, or Review of Economic Studies.

Contribute to teaching across a range of programs, including undergraduate degrees, master's programs, MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Education.

Develop research and teaching capabilities at the School of Finance.

Finance at Oxford Saïd

The Finance faculty at Oxford Saïd is considered for the excellence of its research and its impact on the global finance community. Faculty members publish regularly in the leading journals and are very active participants in major conferences, often playing leading editorial or reviewer roles or even journal editorship. The successful candidate is expected to make a major contribution to both the research output and teaching delivery of the School.
