Marketing & Events Support

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a support role within our sales team. We are seeking an organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on their list.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise meeting rooms and lunches for all meetings with external customers at Target offices.
• Compose, review, and update pre-project questionnaires and know your client questionnaires as directed.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions on Hub Spot.
• Utilize social media skills to update LinkedIn business pages and potentially expand our presence on platforms like TikTok.
• Create compelling sales collateral including presentation decks, case studies, and articles.
• Work with the wider business to bring together technical documents that can be shared with clients on our services, all within company brand guidelines.
• Conduct cold calls to secure leads and meetings against target firms.
• Act as the lead point of contact for event planning, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Support market research efforts in new financial services markets.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for the sales team.
• Scheduling and taking minutes of sales and marketing team meetings.
• Professionally represent the company at all times, both verbally and in writing.

• Contract - 1-year fixed-term contract
