Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing function. In this role, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing the global marketing strategy, playing a pivotal role in delivering marketing activities across multiple brands within the Oliver James Group. You will be responsible for working alongside the sales teams to identify opportunities where marketing can enhance sales performance, manage digital channels, optimize marketing performance, and create engaging content and sales material to drive brand growth and increase the commercial success of the Oliver James Group.

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales environment or recruitment business

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset

  • Strong commercial awareness

  • Proven experience in executing email marketing campaigns

  • Experience in developing written and visual content

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms; in particular LinkedIn & Instagram

  • SEO experience is desired

  • Eagerness to learn and make a significant impact

  • Able to meet strict deadlines in a high-performance environment

  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the execution of the global marketing strategy.

  • Play a pivotal role in delivering marketing activities across the multiple brands within the Oliver James Group.

  • Manage and optimize the performance of digital channels, including social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

  • Work closely with front office sales teams to implement marketing activities, identifying opportunities where marketing can enhance sales processes and performance.

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and key stakeholders across the business to identify and nurture campaigns across all appropriate touchpoints and channels.

  • Develop, create, and monitor CRM marketing campaigns.

  • Create and distribute content across social media.

  • Support in the creation and distribution of sales enablement material.

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to drive performance across the business through effective internal communications.

  • Utilise paid social media, SEO, and advertising channels to grow the brand.

  • Produce and copy-check written publications, including blogs, guides, brochures, and any PR activity.

  • Work with the design team to manage and deliver creative briefs from across the Group, including contributing to new brand development activity.

  • Consistently seek new opportunities to develop and increase the exposure of the Oliver James Group brands.

  • Support in the creation and distribution of talent attraction campaigns

  • Manage internal marketing systems, processes, and analytics reporting.
