Thriving on a Four-Day Week!

We're excited to announce a pilot program for a four-day work week across our entire UK organization, starting July 1st, 2024! This 12-month trial aims to assess its impact on both our efficiency and employee well-being. The ultimate goal? Potentially making this a permanent change!

What it Means for You:

If you're chosen for this Social Media Coordinator role, you'll be part of this innovative pilot. During this time, your working hours will be adjusted to 30 hours per week, spread across Monday to Thursday, with no change in your salary. This is a temporary adjustment to your contract.

Flexibility for the Future:

Following the pilot's conclusion, the Board of Trustees will decide whether to make the four-day week permanent. In that scenario, your working hours would return to 37.5 hours per week, spread across five days. Additionally, if the pilot has unforeseen negative consequences before its official end, we reserve the right to revert to a five-day week with one month's notice.
