We are seeking a motivated, inquisitive, and innovative Digital Media Officer to join the Digital Media Team at BNU. The team oversees the management of the University's digital portfolio, with a specific emphasis on increasing brand recognition and attracting and enrolling potential students. This is a thrilling opportunity for someone who loves all things digital, takes pleasure in overseeing different channels, consistently enhances website user experience, and assists in implementing marketing strategies. Having prior experience in digital marketing is crucial, along with being adaptable, having strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, paying attention to detail, and being able to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

Job Purpose:


The University's Digital Media Officer will oversee the management and upkeep of the digital platforms, including the website, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads. The Digital Media Officer will have the additional duty of setting up and optimizing website personalized campaigns and will collaborate with the Web Developer to implement new website functionalities.


Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role:

  • To create, oversee, and enhance online paid campaigns.


  • To gather information from online advertising efforts and provide suggestions to top executives to improve results and boost conversions.


  • To enhance interaction with our main external stakeholders by managing the website map and user experience journeys for external audiences.


  • To create and put into action essential digital systems such as CMS, e-communications, form builders, and web analytics.


  • To oversee the handling, establishment, and enhancement of website customization initiatives.


  • To oversee and enhance the University's social media platforms. Developing, organizing, and planning content that aligns with the University's brand image.


  • To oversee the organization, establishment, and improvement of website personalization campaigns.


  • Provide, produce, and oversee multimedia content for the University's digital marketing channels.


  • To make sure that SEO guidelines are followed on every University's online marketing channel.


  • Utilize web analytics and reports for digital enhancements and advice for senior management.


  • Assist the Web Developer in coordinating and executing website updates.


  • Creating and overseeing content schedules to develop precise, compelling, and truthful content that mirrors the University's goals and values.


  • To educate coworkers on utilizing digital systems, such as the Content Management System, email marketing tool, and online chat platform.


  • Offer guidance on effective social media strategies to coworkers throughout the university.


  • To keep coworkers informed about important technical advancements and current trends in digital advertising.


  • Arrange website content evaluations with important stakeholders to organize and execute approved revisions.


  • To carry out changes and restructuring of main parts of website content as needed.


  • To uphold a regular schedule for necessary content updates and frequency.


  • To oversee and uphold digital asset directories and guarantee adherence to asset usage regulations.
