Action for Children

Regional Corporate Partnership Executive

Salary: c28,500 per annum depending on experience.

Location: Remote.

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role


In this thrilling new position under the guidance of the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you'll be in charge of persuading and inspiring organizations to raise crucial funds to assist the most at-risk children and youth in the UK.


How you'll help to create brighter futures



  • Assuming the responsibility for overseeing regional corporate partnerships by organizing fundraising events, conducting regular meetings and site visits, and creating engaging communications for partners.


  • Reach the annual income goal that was agreed upon and oversee the monitoring of income and expenses for assigned partnerships.


  • Develop compelling written and oral communication strategies to effectively motivate fundraising efforts.


  • Use fundraising websites like JustGiving efficiently to maximize the amount of money raised.


  • Take charge of organizing volunteer opportunities for our corporate partners, collaborate with Children's Services colleagues to confirm opportunities, handle volunteers' DBS checks, and ensure volunteers have a positive volunteering experience with Action for Children.


  • Handle the Regional Corporate Team Inbox by sorting partnership requests to the appropriate team member.


  • Recognize and submit applications for grants to ensure financial stability.

Experience working in a charity's fundraising team or in a commercial setting at an entry-level.


Building strong connections with backers, contributors, and volunteers to bolster a particular mission.


Proven ability to communicate effectively with people of varying levels in organizations to impact results, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.


Establish a connection, encourage, and ignite dedication to the organization and its mission.


Ability to comprehend financial procedures with numeracy and organizational skills.


Having an innovative mindset to propose ideas - proactive and creative.


Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with a team and offer assistance to co-workers.
