Faculty Positions (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor)

Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS) invites applications for assistant, associate, and full professors. The school builds a global, technology-driven premier business school, rooted in China but with the world on its horizon, based on its "5I" philosophy – international, interdisciplinary, innovative, inclusive, and integrative. It aligns with ZIBS's three strategic pillars: Global ZIBS, Digital ZIBS, and the ZIBS Ecosystem.

Successful candidates are expected to conduct innovative and influential research, teach high-quality undergraduate and graduate instruction, and promote the international academic reputation of ZIBS through active engagement with international research collaborations and academic exchange. Faculty members are also actively engaged in several service activities that support the development and growth of the business school.

Requirements

Professor: Established scholars, academicians, or highly cited researchers with excellent leadership qualities and experience in both teaching and research activities.

Associate Professor: Excellent scholars who have the potential to be assistant professors or above in prominent institutions worldwide, and are endowed with great ability to be recognized nationally and internationally.

Assistant Professor: Excellent scholars with high potential in terms of their research, preferably with postdoctoral fellowship experience and easily available for national/provincial talent programs.

Remuneration Package:

Package CNY 4,500,000-CNY 9,000,000/year
