Invitation to Apply Lecturer in Clinical Skills Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry QMUL Malta Campus Gozo -An opportunity to join our Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, based at our Malta Campus in Gozo, with an enthusiastic and motivated clinician to assist in teaching and mentoring future doctors and healthcare professionals to develop their necessary clinical and professional skills in a wide range of medical specialties.
You will play a part in planning, teaching, and assessing our integrated skills curriculum that sits across all five years of the course. It is a collaborative role with a large team of colleagues across Gozo, Malta, and London to deliver high quality education for the students.
Key Responsibilities:
This also includes mentoring and teaching students clinical and communication skills.
guidance to students, particularly how to acquire, apply, and retain necessary clinical skills.
Co-teach with faculty at Gozo, Malta and London in planning, teaching and monitoring the integrated skills curriculum.
Develop curricula and educational innovations in the program.
About You:
A registered clinician holding current or recent professional registration.
Strong leadership skills, a sound teaching ability, and teamwork.
Passion for mentoring and influencing the future generation of healthcare providers.
Eligible experience in the practice of medicine and curricula development.
Salary & Benefits:
A monthly grade 5 salary of €48,809.12 to €53,156.12 a year plus an Annual Academic Allowance of €3,000.
Annual leave 30 days.
