Full job description

Do you have a strong interest in developing talent and improving employer image? DCS Group is searching for an Early Careers and Communications Advisor to take charge of recruiting and engaging new talent, enhancing our reputation as an employer, and managing internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Early Career Recruitment: Take charge of attracting and selecting entry-level talent, forge solid connections with hiring managers, and stay updated on talent trends.

Build up our employer reputation by utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and TikTok, and interacting with nearby educational institutions.

Apprentice Mentoring: Cultivate a lively community for our apprentices and oversee meaningful engagement initiatives.

Oversee internal messaging, handle DCS Life Intranet content, and facilitate employee feedback sessions.

Early Careers and Communications Advisor

Qualifications & Skills:

GCSEs in English and Mathematics or their equivalent

Excellent numerical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail

Knowledge in hiring and building a company's image as an employer.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel and able to adjust to new situations.
