What you will be doing:


Delivering the best possible levels of care and tenant support to the people you support, to help the individuals achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible

Assisting potential residents with booking and coordinating viewings

Respond to planned and emergency care requirements via the alarm system

Everything you do within your role will provide flexible services that meet people’s needs, and support them to have choices about their own lives
