Admissions & Facilities Officer
We have an opportunity at our Borehamwood Campus as an Admissions & Facilities Officer. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, external organizations, and the public. Your role will include welcoming visitors, managing reception, issuing badges and permits, handling cash payments, and supporting the college's enrolment and marketing events. You will also ensure that classrooms and common areas are well-maintained, safe, and secure.
We seek a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience and a good level of education. Excellent customer service and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and database systems are essential. If you are proactive, friendly, and able to stay calm under pressure, we invite you to apply.
