The Role

• Visitor Management: Maintain the visitors' book accurately and ensure that visitors are guided to their destinations swiftly. Assist visitors in understanding and following our care home's protocols.

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to both visitors and colleagues. Address any concerns or queries with a helpful and positive attitude.

• General Office Duties: Support various administrative functions, including payroll, recruitment, and selection processes. Your organizational skills will help keep our office running efficiently.
